Naples Heritage Tours was created by Lois A Bolin, Ph.D., Co-Founder of Naples Backyard History
and columnists for Florida Weekly and Naples Journal.   Her work over the past five years to shift the
consciousness of a community who never knew there was any real history here to seeing the economic and
sociological value of local history is heralded as nothing less than extraordinary. 
To Dr. Bolin, it is simply framing "a new way" to look at what has been in front of us all along.

She explained, "I’m often asked what qualifies me to talk and write and talk about history. My usual response is because I’m Southern, and Southerners love their families and their family’s families.   And what is history, really? It’s talking       or writing about someone who’s done something worth talking about. Such “doings” are wrapped around a time and place that hold some kind of meaning. The depth of that meaning depends upon the proximity of blood or heart relations.  It's also talking about something some's family has done that you 'ought not talk about - but you do."
All of these stories have been here all along waiting to be discovered.

Naples Heritage Tours is unlike any other experience. 

Dr. Bolin, President of Success Fulfillment Inc, a 24 year old strategic consulting firm located in Naples ,brings to bear all of her experience as a former Who's Who in the National Speaker Association and founding member of the SWFL Chapter of American Society for Training and Development.  As a former Board Member of Hurricane Island Outward Bound, experiential activities for team building or performance enhancement, can be woven into programs to maximize the investment in learning.     Spouse Programs take on an added dimension.
